CUSAC Terms of Service

Welcome to the website of the Center for the Unification of Science and Consciousness (“CUSAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Organization & Mission

CUSAC is a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and based in Alabama, United States.

This website is provided for informational, educational, and community engagement purposes in support of our mission.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Donations

All payments made to CUSAC are voluntary donations supporting our nonprofit mission.

• Donations are non-refundable

• Donations do not constitute the purchase of goods or services

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel donations at our discretion

Payments are processed through third-party platforms, including Zeffy. We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Inner Circle (Supporter Access)

CUSAC may offer access to community experiences known as the “Inner Circle” and "Champions" to those who contribute at or above certain levels, including recurring monthly donations of $100 or more.

Eligibility criteria are determined at CUSAC’s discretion and may be modified at any time.

Nature of Access

• Inner Circle access is a discretionary benefit provided to supporters

• It is not a purchased service or guaranteed entitlement

• We may modify or discontinue access at any time

Structure

• Monthly recurring donors are granted ongoing access

• One-time donors may receive temporary access at our discretion

• CUSAC intends to host one (1) Inner Circle / Champions session per month, but makes no guarantees regarding format, duration, or content

Cancellation

If a recurring donation is canceled:

• Access to the Inner Circle will terminate prior to the next scheduled session

5. Recordings & Media Consent

Inner Circle / Champion sessions and other CUSAC events may be recorded.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Sessions may be recorded for internal and external use

CUSAC will seek explicit consent before:

• Using your name

• Showing your face

• Sharing identifiable representations of you publicly

Consent may be obtained verbally during sessions or through other means.

6. Community Conduct & Participation

Participants in the Inner Circle / Champions or any CUSAC community spaces agree to engage respectfully.

CUSAC reserves the right to:

• Remove any participant at any time

• Restrict or revoke access at our sole discretion

No refunds will be provided in the event of removal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published by CUSAC, including:

• Text

• Research papers

• Media

• Logos and branding

is the property of CUSAC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Third-Party Partners

CUSAC may feature or collaborate with third-party individuals or organizations.

These parties are independent and:

• Not employees or agents of CUSAC

• Solely responsible for their own content, actions, and representations

CUSAC is not liable for any third-party materials, statements, or conduct.

9. Research Opportunities

From time to time, CUSAC may share or facilitate access to research opportunities conducted by independent third parties.

CUSAC does not conduct, control, or assume responsibility for such research activities. Participation in any research study is voluntary and subject to the terms, conditions, and consent processes established by the respective research provider.

10. Privacy

We may collect limited personal information such as:

• Email address

• Phone number

This information is used for:

• Communications

• Newsletters

• Event updates

11. Eligibility

This website is generally accessible to all users. However, certain features, including making donations and participating in the Inner Circle, are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By participating in these features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

CUSAC makes no guarantees regarding:
